The rules that apply when you buy, create, share, or join a GuessOurBaby game.
Last updated 17 March 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of GuessOurBaby, including paid host purchases, public game links, guest predictions, leaderboards, reveal pages, and related recovery or support flows.
By accessing the site, buying a host pass, creating a game, or submitting a prediction, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
GuessOurBaby is an online family prediction game service. It is designed for social, private, and celebratory use. It is not a medical service, gambling platform, or professional advice service.

GuessOurBaby lets a host purchase a one-time digital host pass, set up a prediction game, share public invite links, collect guest predictions, display a leaderboard, and publish a reveal page once the host adds the final birth details.
The service is sold on a one-time basis for the specific game created after checkout. We do not currently offer subscriptions through this checkout flow.
GuessOurBaby is a digital service that usually starts immediately after successful payment. In practice, that means we provision the game, generate host access, and may email your admin link straight away.
If you buy from the UK or EU, you request immediate performance of the digital service when you complete checkout. Where the law allows, your right to cancel during any cooling-off period may be reduced or end once the digital service has been fully performed. Nothing in these terms overrides any non-waivable consumer rights you have.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may refuse a refund where the paid digital service has already been supplied, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Hosts control the content they choose to create inside their game, including titles, questions, uploaded images, passcodes, reveal details, and whether a prize is described. Guests control the predictions and messages they choose to submit.
Because the service is built around shared family game pages, some content may become visible to other participants or to anyone who has the invite or leaderboard link. That may include names, guesses, messages, winner names, reveal information, or host-uploaded images.
We may investigate misuse and, where appropriate, remove content, hide predictions, suspend access, block abusive traffic, or take other reasonable steps to protect the service, users, and our rights.
We do not promise to monitor every game or every submission, and hosts remain responsible for the way they share their links and manage their own guest community.
GuessOurBaby and its branding, software, site design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
You keep ownership of the content you upload or submit, but you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical reasons, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and enforce the service.
GuessOurBaby depends on third-party providers for parts of the service, including payment processing, data storage, file hosting, and transactional email delivery. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent the law allows, but we choose vendors carefully and use them to run the product.
We aim to keep GuessOurBaby available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, remove, or change features, pricing, content limits, vendors, and workflows over time.
We may also update the service to comply with law, improve security, fix bugs, or change how the product works.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuessOurBaby is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except where the law says otherwise, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, warranty, or right that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm arising from your use of GuessOurBaby.
Where the law allows a liability cap, our total liability arising out of or relating to the paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant game. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Your use of GuessOurBaby is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect means you accept the new version, except where law requires a different process.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country. If a court decides that one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest will continue to apply.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly and fairly.
